27.07 I celebrated my birthday at Melanina. Beach Club
I loved the reception, availability and friendliness of the entire staff. Very attentive and concerned with the course of the party and all the details.
The table service was well organized, we all started our meal at the same time.
Regarding the food, there are some flaws, such as the image of the menus being only figurative, taking into account that there is an egg in the francesinha but it is charged as an extra and the MIAMI hamburger bun is not red in color.
The sangria is pleasant. The surprises of offering shots, drinks in the mouth and lots of hand rockets made the party very interactive
The DJ catered to all tastes and ages!!
It was an excellent celebration, very dedicated to the target audience and very fun

Yesterday I had my birthday dinner at Melanina Clube de Praia and it exceeded all my expectations!

We went to this bar to relax in the late afternoon, unfortunately another table brought a medium-sized dog that stole food from a table and then started barking at us while we were eating. Clearly uncomfortable, it was only when we asked the owner to give some order that he tried to control the dog, which ignored him and continued to bark. It's a strange animal for us, it can either be harmless or it can attack us at any moment, we don't know, but the owners seemed calm about the situation... However, no one at the bar did anything, they even seemed to be friends at the table, who already Before the dog barked, it was the table that made more noise than the others all together.
There's nothing relaxing about it, so we left and don't plan on coming back.
To be pet friendly you need to have conditions.
EDIT (after response): I appreciate the time spent on the response, however I think it is absolutely regrettable to compare a dog with a baby, a dog can attack other tables, even though it is trained, a baby cannot and that is the point, it has nothing to do with it. with the noise. It wasn't the first time a trained dog would attack me for no apparent reason. It demonstrates how uninformed and unprepared they are to be pet friendly. The complaint was made on site too, received with a shrug, and Google has a comments section exactly for these situations too, it's not just for posting pretty photos of when things go well. If you repeatedly decide to ignore these customer comments, it only demonstrates your lack of professionalism.

I went to the bar today with a friend, her daughter (baby) and her mother. We entered and were first ignored by the employee, when the employee passed by I called and asked if we could sit, with the greatest bad mood in the world she said yes, however half an hour passed and they didn't even bring us the menu, they walked by our table and simply ignored us, I looked directly at them and they just looked away... impressive
I called the girl several times and finally brought the menu and we ordered.
In the end, when we went to pay, I asked if I could leave feedback regarding the service and the man at the cashier said yes, I explained that the service left a lot to be desired and that a space like that with those prices should have other types of care, when you start talking over me and say that we only have to put up with it because there were no employees, to which I replied that it was not the case of the waiting time but rather the lack of willingness of the employees to attend to the customers and arrogance towards them. But then I understood where the arrogance and bad manners come from, because this man starts shouting at me and my friend saying that he is the owner and that he doesn't need our feedback, that they will continue to make money and maintain the house open. All this was in the establishment's cash register while there was me, my friend, her mother who is already an elderly woman and her daughter, a baby in the stroller... at the end she still says ironically, laughing, would you like the complaints book?
As a result, since I posted a story identifying the space, not even 5 minutes after leaving, I was blocked by the establishment's page...
I saw a great lack of professionalism, lack of education and lack of humility, not only by the employees but unfortunately by the person who should set the best example, the owner.
He also said that he was the only person to complain about such a thing but from what I saw, there are several complaints from him, which if you look at it, all have a response from the establishment justifying its failures and pointing the finger at the customer.
When everyone is saying the same thing, this “new management” should stop, analyze the feedback and really implement changes if they really want to create a customer base and not just keep the customer base
Ps: wait for a very polite and less passive aggressive response from the establishment, unfortunately it is already a standard
Let's not even talk about the lack of cleanliness, bathrooms with no space to even open the door without hitting the person inside or outside, lack of place to change diapers, cold food, bloodletting that was basically just ice, among many other flaws that aren't even enough at the level of the owner's lack of education and professionalism
