Kitchen closes at three I was refused food with my girlfriend at 2:40 pm by a young lady... I think it's indecent since they had just served food to other people... anyway, the lack of compassion for the customer is very serious and I won't be back again

Extraordinary service with immense care from arrival to departure.Food well seasoned and of immense quality.Modern or traditional dishes to choose from, some of them to be ordered in advance for good confession and preparation due to their complexity.Fair prices for the type of dish and quantities served. Not to be repeated.Unfortunate experience in a restaurant that had everything to be better. The ambiance and decor is quite pleasant, being the most positive points.The waiting time was around 1h-1h15 on a Sunday lunch without there being any type of communication from the staff about how long it would or would not be. The room was indeed full, but that doesn't mean there wasn't a warning about what time to expect.The food itself left something to be desired. The octopus à lagareiro could more easily be called cooked octopus (with a very limited accompaniment) and the burger was special. Special because it was incredibly rare and still managed to have no flavor whatsoever. Given the other criticisms, it should be normal cooking. For those who like burgers, this is definitely one to avoid.The icing on the cake was the terrible service from one of the employees who, in addition to not accepting the criticism about the food's lack of flavor, started making absolutely lame excuses in an almost hostile manner. I was forced to end the feedback exchange with several "Okay, no problem" while I continued to hear unreasonable justifications over and over again. If it weren't for a family meal, I would have gotten up, paid and left. Unacceptable.However, I would like to leave a reservation for the other employee who was working and who at times also served our table, who was the total antithesis of his colleague, always being attentive to us.
