The owner's attitude when talking to customers is regrettable!
We asked for the list and waited 20 minutes to be served, after which we had to go to call an employee. After we were served, they brought the fries first and they were actually cold as they were to accompany the dishes with francesinha sauce which got cold while waiting for the main dishes! The sauce for the special mixed toast came cold, we spoke to the colleague and nothing happened!
However, we ordered another portion of potatoes and they came to the table cold, we sent them back obviously and said that there was no point in wanting the potatoes anymore so they could cancel them! In this attitude, the owner addresses the table with his unpalatable attitude for which he doesn't even ask for an apology! I do not advise or recommend it! It's just a shame that they don't know how to serve customers, if they don't have the capacity to serve the public, they shouldn't even be in charge of a house!

Sure took them a while to take our order. Close to 30 minutes to serve the first drink and almost 1h to serve the last.
Most of the drinks were left unfinished appart from the whisky.
Will return if it's less busy.

For the second time I received poor service.
The food was raw, salad with bugs and poorly washed, the breading couldn't be seen on the meat.
Terrible service, drinks arrived when we were in the middle of lunch.
We waited 40 minutes for a coffee but they didn't even serve us and the plates weren't even lifted and they were talking.

Saturday afternoon, on a birthday with a group of 7 people, we ordered drinks and after 45 minutes they started to serve them.
When serving, the employee, without any kind of notable experience, tries to pour two glasses of sangria over my head, fails and saying 'I'll see if I'm not making a mistake', proceeds to make a mistake and pours a full glass of sangria for on me and my clothes, which fall to the floor and break into pieces at the feet of everyone at the table.
He proceeds to ask where he can put the rest of the drinks he had on the tray.
Obviously dissatisfied with the situation, they spoke to management to find a solution because I was drenched in blood.
They thought we were wrong and that we were exaggerating, that it was a normal situation
It took them more than 20 minutes to come and pick up the shattered glass on the floor and it was because a friend of mine went there to ask for it in the meantime and the employee came so upset about having to pick up the glass that he even picked it up with his hands.
After a lot of insistence from all of us, they thought the solution would be to pay me to wash the dress, as if that would solve my situation at that moment when I was having a birthday, when I was going to work afterwards and when I live far from the establishment , for them it was my problem and I was the one who had to get out of trouble
Washing the dress would be a later solution and not at that moment, there were at least 10 different solutions to resolve the problem, starting with the bad attitude of the entire staff.
We understand that accidents happen, but the customer cannot lose out and the establishment must be responsible for the error, not the customer.
In the end they were still going to charge us the price of the drinks on the table, when no one drank anything due to the situation, we had to insist on them giving us our money back, always with the attitude that we, the customers, were the ones in the wrong.
Another employee even had the courage to say that a friend of the group, after the whole situation, went to the counter to order a glass of sangria and an ice tea, we told him that he hadn't ordered anything and pointed at him while he was going to the bathroom saying that he had ordered it, we asked him when he returned and obviously, after all that fuss he hadn't ordered anything and the employee had confused him with another customer. When he was confronted with the situation, he still had the nerve to say that it was him and that we were lying, then he realized that he was in fact wrong but with a bad attitude the whole time.
Never in my life have I been treated in such a bad way, especially by the owner, who was very offended by the situation, didn't give us reason and even gave unsolicited opinions about us asking for the book of complaints and opinions about the work or not of my friends, what interested him was defending his daughter, the employee who spilled the drink on me, it was ridiculous
I advise everyone not to visit due to the bad attitude of the owner and staff, incompetence, inexperience, bad environment and danger that, apparently, we run when visiting the place

Worst service ever! I order a natural orange juice, wait 35 minutes for the employee to come and say that the oranges are finished. I was then going to ask for something else, although I thought the waiting time was absurd, but the employee came back inside without even giving me time to respond! It's a shame with such a good location, they have such terrible service.
