I was at Fogo de solo with my family today (24/07) and we really liked the variety of meats that were served to us. All the staff were very good, but I would like to express my special thanks to DINEI, who serves everyone with immense pleasure and satisfaction!! Therefore, I would like to congratulate the entire team, but as I said above, especially DINEI!! I will soon be back with my family for another excellent meal!!

I have never been so poorly served, when choosing my dish from the attendant Rafa (I asked the girl with red hair her name and she said that was the name of her co-worker), this attendant Rafa seemed to be there obligingly and threw the food on the plate like was playing with pigs. She treated me very rudely, disrespectfully and with a bad face, even though she is ugly by nature. Picanha was actually a tough steak full of hard fat. I will never go back, as I am in a hurry for places that respect their customers and treat them well. This place could now close due to such a disservice to the shopping center and the community. Disappointing.

For me I won't be back!!! Why, when serving dishes outside the restaurant, it was bad!! EMPLOYEES, almost hostile, seemed to be doing us a favor by serving us!! Not friendly at all, and when putting the food on the plates, they seemed to be servants of the troops, Vlam, rice a fartasana, as it is cheap, the rest you have to ask for more! Even to ask for more banana or farafa, all you had to do was growl, I know such friendly people but here, that wasn't the case!! The bad and disappointment; and that's why I won't go back to Picanha! Very thin, and hard, having seen it so good in so many other kados!! The quantity is good, but please do something with the staff at the counter, a small detail if the meat is tough, the knives are good for cutting butter on hot days?!! I won't be back...

I was there in the late afternoon of February 28, 2024. I hadn't been there for a while.Almost total disappointment. And I don't like giving low marks, because I know how difficult it is to maintain quality over time.The service was cold and even a little dry and somewhat unwilling on the part of the attendant. Although there were only 3 customers.The fries must have been there since lunch time. Completely tasteless.But the worst was the meat. We chose the garlic picanha, which had a good flavor, but nothing special.There were 3 small and VERY thin pieces, with a large part of fat, which we didn't eat. Each piece, even with the fat, was at least 30% smaller than any of the ones in the photo. If only the price was 30% lower than what was charged for what was in the advertising photo, to compensate... But, you can't pay more than 9 Euros for a dish that should cost, at most, 6 Euros. I even took a photo of the meat on the plate to prove it. Absurd, a classic case of "shrinkflation".I don't recommend it and we won't go back there.
