I share with management the objective of also seeing this comment and taking action, because it is an issue that should not go unnoticed.Last weekend, the 17th, I was passing by Jeronymo in Mar Shopping, we were going to buy a coffee and I noticed that, in the orange juice machine, there was a single orange, rotten, and the rotten side was facing exactly the shopping mall corridor, entrance to the establishment. When I was served, with the greatest of calm, serenity and low volume, I indicated to the girl who was serving exactly that, a rotten orange facing the customers. The girl replied "ah. Really? I have to go and see".Everything was fine, there were people to assist, I thought that, as a professional, I would wait to finish assisting everyone before resolving the situation.I was surprised when "solving the situation", which for me would be removing the fruit and cleaning the machine where it was, was not the solution for the girls at the establishment. The solution was to fill the upper part of the machine with oranges to disguise and not remove the one that was rotten.I was stunned. In addition to being unhygienic, I tried not to generate conflicts and it seemed to me that there was no concern on anyone's part.I didn't take a photo because there were too many people. But next time I promise I will.

As icing on the cake, there are always smart customers who barely arrive and sit down and occupy the tables, and those who have been waiting in line for a long time are left with no place to sit. I went to a Jerónimo cafeteria for the first time and loved the service from the staff, my order 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ . The employees even suggested a brownie and Arabic coffee after my order of toast with poached eggs and orange juice. As a customer, I found the employee's suggestion interesting and I decided to accept it. The Arabic coffee is incredible and it should be noted that the toast had an incredible and tasty presentation. I recommend it 100%.That's why I come back to Jerónimo do marhopping more often.
