The team urgently needs a manager and/or training to organize orders. Waiting time for simple orders averages around 15 minutes, some errors in orders, total disorientation of the team and lack of staff at “peak” snack times.Much to improve.
I went to a Jerónimo cafeteria for the first time and loved the service from the staff, my order 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ . The employees even suggested a brownie and Arabic coffee after my order of toast with poached eggs and orange juice. As a customer, I found the employee's suggestion interesting and I decided to accept it. The Arabic coffee is incredible and it should be noted that the toast had an incredible and tasty presentation. I recommend it 100%.That's why I come...
Fresh cake, soft and moist dough. Great house coffee.

There just needs to be more dispatch capacity. But it's not the employees' fault. There are few people available during "peak" hours.
