Horrible service I bought a vegetarian francesinha but I was surprised to see that it was all packaged and nothing was fresh. There was only 1 packaged vegan sausage and the rest was bread and salad, nothing else. Very hard bread Sauce was normal for meat francesinha I paid €18 just for 1 francesinha with potatoes I took packaging Horrible service, I simply paid and they didn't even open their mouth (they only said the price and nothing else) I don't recommend it at all, especially for the price. Ingredients all packaged and very poor service The price was quite high for the dish it was. From the information I obtained by listening to the employees speak, they indicated that the prices were always different every day, on the weekend, especially on Saturday night, it is €20 per francesinha. For the price and packaged food, it's better to go directly to a supermarket and buy one already made and heat it up. A vegetarian or vegan francesinha does not have meat sauce or flavor (they are simply deceiving customers) The most ridiculous thing was that I saw an employee drinking beer on duty as the restaurant was empty on the day and time I went

A very unpleasant experience. I stopped for lunch with my daughter and we decided to have a half francesinha with egg. Nice sauce, excellent fries and Francesinha made with low quality ingredients. To have the icing on the cake, the employee SR could not fail to appear. Carlos, who as a waiter has very little or NOTHING, purely a food transporter, rude, arrogant and pretentious who doesn't know how to put himself in his place and is convinced he is intelligent. I wouldn't post any comments if such a mess hadn't happened to this gentleman. To the owners of the space, if you allow me, I suggest that in the future you pay attention to those who give their face to your space as they are the ones who can destroy the image of your home as happened to me.
Obviously I won't be returning in the near future.

It becomes impossible to provide a good experience when there is only one person serving the tables, delaying the starters that came with the food.
Unfortunately, it wasn't just because of the poor service, but also because of the food, which was quite disappointing. The francesinha was terrible, it seemed to have been made by someone who had never prepared one, starting with the bread which was clearly not fresh and then the most important thing, the sauce which had a strange and not at all tasty flavor.
It is worth highlighting the typical fraud practiced by establishments where honesty with the customer and keeping customers is zero. We had ordered a Fino to go with it, which was labeled “Fino Rei”, a drink with an absurd value.
Final verdict: I do not recommend going to this establishment, I believe that in the past it was a good place, but nowadays this is not the reality and makes it one of the worst there is, especially in the area where there are several other establishments with unparalleled quality.
