They are taking advantage of their bestseller: The Brownies.The price was 2.9€ which is already quite expensive and they increased to 3.1€ and the slice became smaller.They charge 0.25€ for the small takeaway box without informing the customer.The quality is good and the atmosphere is nice but no longer going there.This is how to abuse with your bestseller to lose your clients.

A blonde lady who is always there (perhaps the owner) is very rude, when I asked her a question she told me that she was not capable of doing two things at the same time (in this case, handing a packet of sugar to the customer and answering yes/no to the other). When making payment, the blonde lady (always her) interrupted the girl who was serving me and asked to go and serve another customer because he was in a hurry (this customer who ate at the place) at that time I had to laugh because I was also in a hurry and had been there for a while but the customer who had JUST arrived was prioritized. And of course my order was wrong and when I contacted the place they said it was correct, check it out,they know more about the order than the customer themselves. Great bread but terrible service.

When they present us with a cheese toastie where they break a slice of bread in half (half a toast in the best case) and place 2 completely normal slices of cheese in the middle without even leaving time for melting or any type of presentation…For a toast within the price they ask for, people are looking for at least something similar to a grilled cheese.The bread may be the best in the world but nothing justifies this value
