The restaurant does not list the Vegan options on their menu, so you have to specificlly ask them to veganize it. AND make really sure that they understand it, which in my case did not work out, as I recieved the vegetarian option with egg and real cheese.
The server apologized adequately, and I received a vegan francesinha, brought by the manager.
The francesinha was tasty, and its nice to be able to experience a vegan version of a traditional Portuguese dish.
