True typical Portugal in Leiria. Found by chance, magnificent restaurant with Portuguese delicacies all delicious and of high quality. Excellent and friendly service, very good waitresses. If you pass by here, stop!
We called Ao Largo because we had already had lunch on a previous visit and loved it. This time we were traveling with our dog and due to the bad weather it was not possible to eat on the terrace.The lady who answered my call was super attentive and recommended another restaurant in Leiria that is pet friendly and allowed animals inside.This made us visit the city anyway.We will definitely return to Ao Largo when the good weather permits.
It's not nice to talk with your mouth full, but in this case, it's a shame not to praise in any way. What an incredible experience... the art of cooking really isn't for those who want to, it's for those who can (say they know how). Thank you for this privilege of eating quality food.
