I came from Lisbon to Leiria for work, and I was invited by the host to have lunch at an excellent sushi restaurant, Koboru has a super professional staff, 5-star presentation and incredible flavor, for anyone in the center of Leiria, a mandatory stop! I loved!

I was converted by the presentation and, mainly, by the correct and dignified preparation of the sushi!
Accustomed to the common "sushi", made in the usual Chinese houses, I never managed to appreciate and like this "cuisine", but KUBORÚ completely changed my vision and palate! I tasted and tasted real raw fish, I even preferred raw fish to joint/fried fish.
A TOP kitchen, in a very welcoming space, very quiet...

Very pleasant welcome, the waitress speaks several languages which makes taking orders very easy. Everything was good. Salmon sushi served with the skin, it’s unusual but just as good.
Close to city center
