Good vegan/vegetarian food, nice staff and good atmosphere. I ate the soy with mushrooms, rice and french fries dish.
There are some vegan and vegetarian options at affordable prices. Some dishes had a small symbol next to them indicating they had lactose in them, but I checked with the waiter, who told me that it had been a printing mistake and that they used vegan cream instead. Some dishes have egg, but everything is made clear on the menu.
100% recommend Matilde Noca! We visited for the first time and we were extremely impressed not only by the food, which was amazing of course, but mostly by the attentive, thoughtful, professional and empathic staff. There is real attention to detail and that isn’t easy to find. Thank you!
Decent meal, little thing that can be quite instructive when you ask for rare meat, rare is better. The waiters need to know one basic thing: we serve the female clientele first and then the male clientele, not everyone at the same time (just a question of organization and respect for the female gender). Also do not serve aperitifs at the same time as wine for the meal as I saw that evening in this restaurant.
