Although the tuna pie was great, the staff's attitude towards the customer, as it was close to closing time, was distasteful.

The place is very cozy, the cream is the best there is, I've ordered it several times and every time I order it it's very warm! I love going there, one of the best cafes in Leiria I've ever been to, I highly recommend it!!!!! And the attendants are very friendly and attentive!

The custard tart first thing in the morning, soft, dry... I had doubts as to whether it was from the day or whether it was really like that. Disappointed

I had a light lunch here and it surpassed my expectations. The staff was super nice and patient with my lack of Portuguese, and the sardine sandwich was fine. But the real star of the show was the pastel de nata. I heard that this place had the best, and I was ready to be disappointed , but it was SO DELICIOUS. I will absolutely be stopping in every time I walk by to have one. The whole meal was affordable too, and lovely with the terrace on the square. Great experience.

Asking for a custard tart and being told that they'll only have it in 15 minutes is a bit comical in a house that uses custard as its name.
