I came for the first time with my wife and we had a terrible experience. We ordered two lasagnas that came partially cold, which means they were only heated, probably in a microwave as there were hot parts and cold parts. A shame because the location and atmosphere are great.

I had already been a few times and the experience had been good, however I don't know what happened to Luzzo last year but this time it left a lot to be desired...... we placed the order and, suddenly, they came to tell us that they didn't have beer... after a while they came back to say that they only had 1 type of pasta and that we would have to change the order... then the lady who was serving didn't know that the starter came with pieces of pizza bread and we had to order... the pizzas were too weak for what they were too... anyway. It lost a lot of quality, I'm sorry!

We stayed on the terrace. Lots of ants. dust, and structures in need of renovation.
The pesto was too watery and tasteless. The pizzas take 1 hour to arrive at the table. What we were told is that the oven is small. Get another one.
The pizzas were tasty.
Price/quality ratio a little expensive. Not to be repeated.

HORRIBLE service!
We arrived at 12:45. At 1:10 pm we placed our order, there were 6 people. At 1:30 pm he said he didn't have what he asked for. At 1:45 pm we asked how long the meal for 5 of the people would take, since one of the people's food had already arrived, it was soup and a starter. When we asked if this entry was for everyone, we were told no. The person in question ate and the 5 of us had no food.
They said it would take 11 minutes, 20 minutes passed and nothing. I asked for the complaints book, the “manager” made lots of excuses for the fact that the other tables that requested later were already having lunch and we were not. When I handed over the book she was extremely rude and rude, considering that she had already realized that we were quite upset, she raised her voice which, in my opinion, should not be done when we detect that a client is in the state we were in. We got up and left.
I am extremely disappointed, it was a place that I had wanted to visit for a long time, I had very high expectations and it was the biggest disappointment I have ever had in the restaurant business.

We were a group of 8 and had a reservation at 8:45 pm. We arrived and placed the order on the tablet. One of the entrances was completely burned. We all ordered pizza and it started arriving at 9:40 pm. My pizza was missing, which never arrived, giving time for the rest of the people at the table to finish their meal. At 10:30 pm they came to ask if they could take the tablet as the kitchen was closing, and my pizza hadn't even arrived yet! It was horrible, I had been there once before and the same thing had happened. I tried to give it one more chance because it was my birthday and because of the decor of the place, but now I'm sure I won't go back.

There was a promotion on the fork and they didn't do it, they claimed they should have seen the confirmation. IT NEVER HAPPENED TO ME AND I HAVE ALREADY MADE SEVERAL RESERVATIONS AT THE FORK!

Terrible attendance. We were a group of 9 people, we placed the order on the tablet, but one of us called an employee to clarify about a certain sauce and the employee's attitude was extremely inelegant and unprofessional. He walked to the table with his hands in his pockets without ever taking them out. After we ordered, the orders didn't come to the table at the same time, they came separately. When there were still two people eating dinner, the staff began to lift the plates of those who had already eaten in order to put pressure on us. It was 10pm when the employee came to ask if she could bring the birthday cake as they were closing at 11pm, to which we replied yes. At 10:30 pm another employee comes to ask if any of us would want coffee and explains it with “my colleague wants to clean the machine”. In other words, we spent the entire dinner being completely dispatched. When it came time to make the payment, another employee, very friendly until then, asked if one of us might owe 1 cent, to which the person replied yes. When it was my turn to pay, the same employee asked if I might owe 10 cents, to which I replied “sorry, but no!”. The friendliness quickly disappeared, and she was extremely rude in giving the receipt and the change to her hand (the change she had in total in front of her). It's not in anyone's head for an employee to question whether they might owe change, just as it wouldn't be in anyone's head for me to question whether they might owe x.

Impressive,The restaurant was empty, approx. about 5 people having dinner. I arrived at the place together with 3 people without having booked and we went directly to speak to an employee who was abroad.As incredible as it may seem, all the remaining tables were reserved. We still asked if they were all due at 8pm, which the lady said yes and in fact it was already 8:15pm.There was not a minimum of effort on the part of the staff to welcome us. They were definitely lazy today and didn't want to make 4 unexpected pizzas.
