Food displays with flies landing on the food. Sandwiches that look old and dry bread on a Monday (leftovers from yesterday?), few employees to serve and honestly, they don't look very clean. Unfortunately it doesn't look like a Portuguese bakery, just the name.

There is ALWAYS, at all times, a serious lack of staff tending the counter. Early mornings are even worse. But there is always lack of staff. ALWAYS!!
Slow service is not the fault of the staff who are friendly, but the fault of the owners, during peak service hours the staff cannot serve the customer, make a juice, a sandwich, pack 2 loaves of bread, get a coffee, do the bill . Few employees and those who are able to perform miracles. The delay in service is at the level of state services
