Exceptionally good food, nice cold drinks. Lovely location, great quality (we all ate different dishes), value for money, good service. What more could you ask for?
Busy place, even on a Wednesday evening, but with excellent food, even though the service was , at times, haphazard, we were seated inside as all the outside tables were taken, and enjoyed a great meal of snacks or petiscos as they are called in Portuguese. We had peppers stuffed with tuna, a delicious octopus salad and mushrooms Al bulhao, when that proved not to be enough, we added mackerel with peppers and onions on bread(tasted a lot bettere. than my description makes it sound) all nicely accompanied by a reasonable bottle of Portuguese wine
We had two toasts there this morning and unfortunately after eating most of it and thinking it tasted “funny” we saw it was moldy inside . SO gross ? definitely not coming back!
Been visiting this cafe for a number of years now and it location is everything I am looking for. It’s located in a busy street with sea views The staff are excellent and the prices are the best you’ll find
The waitress (a young lady) was very rude and un-polite. I ordered tuna steak but I was not able to realize what I was eating.
We went in for brunch, we had the biggest toasted cheese and ham sandwich made in homemade bread, it was fab and cheap
Service is very slow. Menu could be much better but the food and drinks was nice, when they eventually came. The waiter is pleasant and the view is beautiful. Located in a good part of town with easy access to local shops
Popular little cafe which is always busy with locals and their coffee is probably one of the best served, add a pastry, sit back, enjoy and watch the hustle and bustle of the markets.
Exceptional food and friendly service. Really good place to spend lunchtime in a small square close to The Bocage. We enjoyed Peticos - prawns, pardon peppers, garlic mushrooms with onions also my favourite liver stew. DO NOT miss this opportunity to visit here if you are in Setubal.
Very poor service, greeted by staff who said they were closing soon, drinks provided but constantly under pressure to drink up and pay, however locals still came and sat down, we felt we were treated in a very unfair way despite being respectable middle aged gents Would not return or recommend

called in here on an evening for a beer before heading for something to eat. the snacks that the owner was fetching out always looked very tasty
We had a lovely diner in this nice restaurant. Original dishes, alot of good suggestions of the very friendly staff, good wine and good price-quality . Recommend!!
Visited for lunch in December and really enjoyed our meal at this sweet little Taberna. The menu is interesting and had great choices for vegetarians. Finished out=r meal with a couple of Moscatels de Setúbal - perfect!
Right in between the meat and fish markets, namely the two hottest spots in Olhão, it is the perfect place to sit down, have break and a grab a bite. They serve really good fish appetisers and huge sandwiches with tuna, shrimps or salmon at a very cheap price and in big portions. I liked everything, but the tuna salad, which I think was just canned tuna. It takes time to be served, even in relatively chilled autumn weekdays. But take it as part of the slow food experience…
We stoped in Setubal for a couple of hours in our way to Lisboa and were impressed by the food & atmosphere at T&L. The food was absolutly delicious (I took tuna with potatoes) and the service impecable. One of the ladies from the restaurant saw that I wasn't eating (because I was staying on Internet :))) and came to us asking if the food is ok or if I need something else. So attentive, so kind.
