Beautiful place in the heart of Lisbon, a very cool terrace and a very luxurious interior

A very atmospheric, beautiful place in the art deco style, a must-see on the itinerary of anyone who has encountered the work of the Portuguese poet Pessoja, but in my opinion everyone will find pleasure in coffee and a sweet or salty snack in this place. I recommend!

Spectacular!

Both its street atmosphere, its terrace and its interior decoration.

If you pass through Lisbon be sure to visit it.

Expensive prices.

Normal service.

Beautiful place. Expensive. Friendly attention and good products. But they don't have air conditioning!!!! And with more than 30 degrees in Lisbon, ceiling fans are useless.
But it is worth the visit because of the beauty of the place. Mandatory visit.

Brasileiraje is perhaps the most famous cafe in Lisbon. Centrally located, in Largo do Chiado, with its Art Deco style, with its gold and green facade, it opened its doors in 1905. year. Since then, it has become a reference for Portuguese intellectuals and the community of artists. A gathering place for artists and politicians. In Brazil, it inspired names such as Fernando Pessoa, who sought inspiration and wrote part of his literary masterpieces there. When it opened, the owner was a former coffee merchant. Today Brasilia is really a tourist attraction, so part of its laise fair charm has gone with all the noise and people around. Laise Fair French phrase for "allow to do," or in translation "let people do as they choose."

Dietary restrictions: mostly sweets, it is not adapted for vegetarians, vegans, but neither for a specific meal. This is a classic cafeteria with cakes, something like a pastry shop.

Cold eggs, bland fruits, bland orange juice, terrible mimosas, the waffles were not to my taste so I can’t blame them due that and the service was ok at best. And all this was expensive.

Very cozy place, bar of the famous Pessoa. Good food and not expensive considering the location and history of the place

We were quickly assigned a seat and served quickly. Of course it's not a given, but unfortunately there were limitations in communicating in English and so what we ordered didn't come on the first attempt. However, the correct order was brought to us very quickly.
My meal contained coriander, although it was not mentioned anywhere, which is no longer okay for me as there are a lot of people with an intolerance.
The pastel de nata are quite greasy and have a dough that is too thick.

I ordered an empty steak (pepper) it must have been the worst steak I've ever eaten, the meat was overcooked, the pepper sauce had no substance, the fries didn't even deserve to be commented on,
Iconic place in Braga "Thank you" for the terrible lunch that in no way reflects the good gastronomic welcome of Alto Minho.
It would be better to stay in the tea/coffee room
