I really like the store, very good food, however there is not enough staff to handle lunch demands, I spent 15 minutes to have my order fulfilled and another 20 to receive it, which I consider serious, several colleagues no longer go there due to the Waiting time is always long, and it only gets worse, yesterday there was only one person doing the service at lunch time, making it impossible for them to do all the service properly. Here is my indignation and constructive criticism, so that you don't lose any more customers.

Although the place is quite pleasant, the staff are friendly and the food is divine, there are some problems with the quantity of food, specifically the size of the slices they serve. We ordered a dessert of the day, thinking it could be shared by two people as the photos they showed us led us to believe so. When the dish was presented to us, the shock was instantaneous because the size of the slice was certainly not enough and it was incredibly thin!

For the second time, I try to come for breakfast (two days in a row) and I repeatedly feel ignored, I asked for half a piece of toast and an orange juice, I waited 40 minutes, the toast arrived cold. I watched calmly as they served customers who arrived after me, a disorganization... except that there are no more than three tables with customers inside, they simply forget. Coming to this space just eating at the counter, they might see that there are customers to be served.The employees are very friendly, but leave a lot to be desired in terms of efficiency. Yesterday it was the same situation after sitting for almost 20 minutes, I had to go and ask if they had table service, and they confirmed that they did….the room where I was, had 2 people ?? It's not clear

It is regrettable that, regardless of the number of customers in the room, any lunch takes more than 1 hour. I don't understand how a burger and some fries take so long! It should be noted that the burger was cold and the potatoes were hot! Friendly service but very ineffective.
