The nail has fantastic meat. Good salads. The hamburger and croquettes with Russian salad on a layer of straw potatoes are also good, an innovation that actually goes well. I go there with my wife often. I always come back because it's a pleasant and relaxed place, both inside and on the terrace. Very friendly employees.

The waiting time was very long (about 45m for three very simple dishes, as shown in the image). The food, as I think the photo shows, was very poor - both in terms of flavor, presentation and preparation. A bread with steak and a sauce without much flavor...
In terms of service, as I mentioned, one of the problems was the time taken (which seems to be something common in this space, taking into account reviews from years ago). As for the table service, there is nothing to point out. The girl was very friendly and I understand that these issues have nothing to do with the staff serving the table.
I think they should improve, above all, the work in the kitchen and the way food is served and prepared (especially, and not only, for something so simple).

The price-quality ratio is good. The burgers are well prepared, as is the steak. The employees are friendly. As for the space, the terrace is pleasant but the visible area from the interior leaves a lot to be desired... the bathroom and living room have a dilapidated appearance and a lack of adequate cleaning that stands out despite the poor lighting. Every time I go there, I avoid going to the bathroom and I always wonder what the kitchen will be like...

The food is reasonable but the service is absolutely unreal the manager is rude and threatens customers he makes customers still eating outside the store at closing time 10 minutes before he bothers customers to leave because they have employees to catch transport but they accept orders until the last minute.... If then they don't let us finish the meal calmly
