We live in the neighborhood, and it’s my daughter’s favorite treat. She always order the same ice cream with a cup mixed of some sweets. I have to say that today they charged me for 2 cups, although I had the same mixed sweets in a half cup even. But some how the manager charged me for 2 and insisted that that’s the rules! Felt robbed and I even told her. She smiled and said that that’s what it is. Paid 5 euros almost for it and told her that she lost a client and just left.

Excellent, perfectly creamy gelato. Definitely taste more high end to my palette. The location is lovely, next to a patisserie and a great park. The inside is both warm and modern with plenty of seating inside and out.

I really like Artisani ice cream! I only give it 4 stars because one of the lights keeps flashing and the seats on the wall shake. But it's a fantastic place for kids and adults to spend a beautiful afternoon!

I ordered an xl glass of açaí, which the menu said came with banana, strawberry and granola. The strawberry didn't come and I ended up not saying anything right away, as I didn't know if it was in the middle or not. Açaí has a very good quality. But the attendants are not very empathetic.

They didn't want to serve us the cookie that is part of the Valentine's Day ice cream, claiming that they only served the cookie during the week, since on the weekend as there were only two employees and there was a lot of movement, "it wasn't worth it (?) ".The employee gave us the cookie as if she was doing us a favor.The problem with this ice cream shop is always the service and not the product.Too bad management admits it.
