It's difficult to get to know the place when they don't update opening hours. On Google and Instagram they were as open, but I arrived here and they were closed on a Saturday at 12pm.

Homophobic place! They attended us well but then I kissed my girlfriend and they changed totally the mood and they became very disrespectful. I said we will leave the place if they continue being so rude and then they said "come on, leave". Very disappointed with the way they treated us.

Le service est irréprochable mais la nourriture la plus médiocre que j'ai pu manger dans un restaurant. Les haricots et la fine ligne de poivron dans le plat n'avaient aucun assaisonnement. Les faroffa étaient quasiment inexistant et le steak bien trop cuit. Compte tenu du prix et du fait que la carte bleue étrangère n'est pas accepté, c'est un peu indigeste.

LX Factory is a very beautiful urban area, if you like street art you will surely also like the location of this place. everything is good, nothing exceptional but if you are at LX factory it is fine as lunch or dinner. The service in my opinion is a bit slow... but everyone is kind.
Horrible experience! Employees with no respect for the customer. On Google it says they close at 10pm however we were told they closed at 9pm. They turned off the music at 8:20 pm and brought us the bill without being asked. When I asked, the maid said that her departure time was at 9pm and that she wouldn't stay another minute. I also work in customer service and I have never had an attitude like this.

I never thought I would have to give such a low rating to any restaurant, but Boqueirao at Lx Factory tried hard to be terrible. Horrible food. The vegetarian one is inedible (what I ordered) but the picanha is equally bad, tough (friends asked for it). Let me return to the vegetarian dish: inedible, a shame that it's even an option. Don't know/don't want to do it, don't sell it. For some reason the restaurant was empty on a Saturday night. I learned my lesson, never this again.
Vegetarian options: Terrible, horrible. If it looks bad, it tastes worse. There is only 1 dish. If you don't know how to do it, don't sell it, it seems simple.
