Coming to Lisbon, we couldn't miss the restaurant of chef Louise Bourrat, and we were won over! The 10-course menu and its 8 wines was a real pleasure from start to finish, a journey of flavor allowing us to discover Portuguese cuisine. Don’t hesitate to let us know if you have allergies, or if you don’t like certain foods (cilantro, cucumber, etc.), the menu is adapted for you.
All this is accompanied by very pleasant attentive service. We highly recommend!

Exceptional. Perfect. Order the 7 course. That's plenty. Wonderful service staff. Expensive and worth it.

I attended a tasting at this restaurant, which lasted an exhausting 4 hours. While the presentations were visually appealing, the experience was far too drawn out. Unfortunately, the dishes themselves were a disappointment. Many of them had an overwhelming fishy flavor with a lingering aftertaste that was hard to ignore. Despite the effort put into the presentation, the quality of the food didn't match up. Overall, I wouldn't return.

An unforgettable moment! :)
The service was impeccable and the cuisine exceptional. We had a great time as a couple, and the chef was kind enough to offer us a vegetarian dish in addition to our 7-course omnivore menu, to introduce us to the full diversity of her cuisine. The servers were warm and attentive, the atmosphere was pleasant, creating a real timeless break that I highly recommend!

Exceptional experience! We ordered the omnivore menu and the experience was fantastic. The combination of flavors as well as the service were impeccable. The environment is very relaxing, reminiscent of a botanical garden.
The application of the concept of sustainability in the kitchen was something that impressed me! I don't eat pork and they replaced it with an incredible mushroom dish!
An experience to be repeated!

A very original fine dining experience, with dishes full of visual and palate surprises.
Its chef (Louise Bourrat) won the Top Chef award in the 2022 French edition and the kitchen team is young and international.
The service was very friendly, careful and flawless.
The bar is quite complete and interesting from the entrance, passing through the kitchen counter where we can see the international team at work.
Arriving at a room/garden as a dining room and where we can choose between the Omnivorus and Terra (vegetarian) menus.
With a beautiful wine list providing an absolutely perfect pairing.
Just for the starter cocktails it would be a pleasant visit, for the international food it was a never-before-seen experience that is well worth opening your palate and horizons of knowledge. Ending a meal with chocolate and caviar is something I've never experienced before and it was absolutely incredible.
And considering the choice of wines, it was one of the best pairings ever tasted.

High quality cuisine and service. Everything was perfect from start to finish: a warm welcome, smiling, attentive, available staff and divine dishes! The kitchens are open allowing you to see the chefs at work and put a face to the little hands who prepare such good dishes! We took two menus in 10 courses: the vegetarian and the omnivore. In both cases, each plate was unique and dedicated to a product (whether animal or vegetable or whether it comes from the land or the sea). The dishes are not repetitive and offer surprising and delicious flavor combinations. Thanks to chef Louise Bourrat. I highly recommend !

But: THUMBS UP and thank you very much to the whole team!

Louise Bourrat, proprietor of this Top Chef tourist trap, is more interested in her tweezers than providing a delicious and cohesive tasting menu. We left utterly disappointed at almost all of the seven dishes on the omnivorous menu, which prioritized technique and plating over flavor. The best dish, the tongue, was served in an unappetizing broth, randomly paired with eel, and lacked that unique touch for a €95 menu. Instead of letting the flavor of the sea bass shine through, fishy-tasting foams dominated the dish. And while the pork had a good flavor, it was unpleasant to chew practically uncooked meat. Even the bread and butter was disappointing, overshadowed by a foul seaweed theme.
There are much tastier, more filling, and less expensive fine dining restaurants in Lisbon. Avoid.

Had dinner June 25th 2024 at 8:30pm. The host was the only thing pleasurable this evening. Server was nonexistent as every course took 30 plus minutes and as the night went on dinner just took longer a total of 3.5 hours. My wife has dairy allergy and it wasn’t taken serious. Servers are uneducated about the menu and what has dairy. At one point server took back food that was already dropped because he wasn’t sure what has dairy. It was just a messy night spending so for a not so nice night. DONT GO!

The meal was pretty good, but nothing extraordinary. The cooking shows a lot of technique, but it lacks that little spark that makes the difference. No dish stood out and there were no noble products.
The prices are exaggerated: a single menu at 95 euros per person, not including the 10% tip. This is the price of a Michelin-starred restaurant in France, but the quality is not there.
The service was very warm and cheerful, but overall poor. There was a rush to present us with the map, without giving us time to settle down. Additionally, the plates were stacked carelessly.
The seats were uncomfortable. We left very disappointed, with the impression of having been trapped in a Top Chef tourist trap.
Certainly, the menu was good and the chef won Top Chef, but that in no way justifies the 95 requested!

We had the tasting menu with the wine pairing. It was good but a little expensive for what it was. I love the tongue, and couple other dishes, wine pairing was good but too many whites. Both desserts we had at the end were below average.

What an incredible taste journey!! A real gastro restaurant with attentive service, young and smiling. A virtuoso chef who combines the most unexpected tastes. It's immediately delicious, often confusing as each flavor carries the other. The dishes are complex. We enjoyed ourselves from the first sip of our cocktails to the last bite of the mignardise. It was delicious, well measured, perfect!
