Very nice place with a lot of hospitality. The service is impeccable and the conditions are very good. The coffee is excellent. The chocolate cake is simply wonderful. Worth a try.

The wonderful authentic interior is almost 70 years old and has luckily escaped any modernisation. For a light lunch I had a small dish of gambas al ajillo with friendly service. Downstairs is a large area for dining and a venue for performancies decorated with statues.

It's already the third time we've been back here. We came with some friends the first time and we came back two more.I ordered the sirloin steak with the house sauce and it was wonderful. Another time we ordered the codfish and it was incredible. The hamburger was a third time and it was also good.A simple place with very good food and a very fair price.We will certainly be back!

In the heart of Lisbon city, this place is gorgeous inside. A lot of tvs to watch different sports, though it isn't a sports bar. Fast service with nice staff. Didn't try the famous steak, but loved my risotto! Medium priced.
