Worst squids in Lisbon. They were super chewy and not eatable

It is a small restaurant, where you can have lunch or even a snack, at affordable prices.
I recommend.

Real scam for tourists. They don't give you a service ticket and they charge you 8 euros for the bifana!!!
Maritime bread and meat too dry.
They take it with tourists

Bad waiter, wrong order being served and scammed on prices. Definitely do not recommend you take bread because you would be charged 7 euros without notice

Typical restaurant, very nice but bifanas less good than before and above all a scam from a certain waiter, small, bald, of a certain age, yet very friendly at first glance who makes the TPE pay before giving the bill/invoice for inflate the actual prices displayed. When this is requested, he finds an excuse not to give it. I find this a shame, spoiling this very nice basic restaurant.

PS: The cod was very good.

If you are a foreigner and need help, their server is as good as they come. We asked for their best and he took care of us. Pick a table if you are not an Italian speaker.

We went to try the bifanas and we loved them! They have many things on the menu besides sweets and the waiters are very nice. It is a good place to eat within the most touristy area. I recommend it! Of course, go early because it fills up.

We tried something that is like shredded meat empanadas. Very good. I have to say that the seasoning in Portugal is very good. And the attention is unbeatable.

Very central place where you can eat bifanas and pregos for a really cheap price!

The place is full of local people, which is also a good indication in a central place full of tourists.

This is said by a person who was born and raised in Lisbon. This used to be a reference place for Lisbon residents for the quality of its food. Since the city is fashionable and full of tourists, it's over. One of the worst meals I ate in Lisbon. We ordered rice with pataniscas. Not the last rice, the next and the pataniscas only have the name. don't go

It bothers me that they treat us Spaniards like idiots. They have charged us significantly higher prices than those that appeared on the menu. If you want to rob, do it to others.

If you order bifana to eat at the premises it has to be with fries, simple bifana, nothing remarkable, the soup of the day was good, cheap prices

From the first step you take, you can tell this is definitely a go to by the locals. It is super busy during brunch hours and I ordered pork steak rice. Admittedly, their English menu wasn’t really helpful but I used google translate anyways. The server can’t really speak English that well but he will still try to serve you. Super local restaurant that I highly recommend.

Bafana sandwiches are worthless, it's like stale meat, potatoes and frozen squid, expensive for what it is, and the buses on the side park with the engines running
