Impeccable atmosphere, good Coktails, good food.Now REGRETABLE, I'm in Portugal and whoever served my table didn't understand ONE word of Portuguese.Confusing organization , for example a bar for cocktails with alcohol , another bar for cocktails without alcohol , so far so good . , he informed me that the cocktails were at the other bar , I made such an ugly face , that another employee intervened and exclaimed (...) is it without alcohol? (...) , I replied , yes , and he said it's right here I'll take care of your order.VERY CONFUSED

Here, 2 different entities are mixed (the association itself and the restaurant/bar/rooftop) but I consider both 5* (except for the restaurant, which I don't know about its current operation)As far as the rooftop is concerned, probably one of the best in Lisbon, although exaggeratedly expensive (30€ for 3 caipirinhas? Not even in northern Europe!)
After a horrible experience with them I want to share this experience and warn people about the service here.The service is so slow and disorganized and unprofessional. Despite this we used to go anyway for the views and sometimes staff being nice and helpful.However now we won't be going anymore. We went for their morning yoga and to have brunch afterwards. Firstly - as usual the situation was disorganized and stressful.We pre paid and booked the class online the previous week, but when we arrived the space wasn't set up and nobody knew about the class.Eventually they got organized and set up the class starting late. They had also told different people different times as some other girls arrived mid way through the class and they had to stop the class half way through to tell them to leave.Much worse than this though;While we (5 girls in leggings having a yoga class and meditating) were midway through the class we realized that there was an employee hiding, behind pillars and behind bushes - secretly and creepily taking our photos while we were working out for their Instagram.Nobody asked our permission, and I think that is unprofessional and terrible behaviour.Afterwards I wrote to management to tell them that this was unacceptable and to delete those photos immediately, and to definitely not ever use them on social media.Their response was "...but we want to use them for our marketing"My response was "sorry that you want photos for your social platforms but you can't creepily take photos of girls working out without their permission, and then use them on social media. We are telling you we do not give you permission to use those photos. So you have to find another way to get the content that you want"They asked me which photos I was in specifically - I responded to tell them I was in all the photos, and my friends were in the photos and we did not give permission to use any of those photos.So - then this establishment proceeded to use all of these photos across all their social media anyway.When I contacted them yet again to say - why have you posted the photos you agreed not to post? You owe me an apology this has become ridiculous. They replied by saying they "weren't sure which photos I was in" - which is untrue as they used photos that included the whole class.A very exhausting, disrespectful, unprofessional, rude and stressful experience. Like all our experiences there.Avoid.There are so so many other beautiful places in Lisbon with beautiful views, with much much nicer people, you don't have to put up with this kind of treatment. ❤️
