We ordered the vegan burger and it was not good at all, not a real bun (made with normal bread and way too less sauce). We asked for fries, but instead they gave us crisps. The waiter has not taken our plates after eating until we payed.

Great food.
Awful food. Disgusting and undrinkable coffee. They charge extra for oat milk. They told me it was pea soup. Turned out it was actually mixed vegetable. Could have been anything it was so bland.

We hesitated for a long time between all the restaurants at the Lx factory, only to be tempted by this little restaurant, a good surprise, the daily menu with a very reasonable price, good and served quickly, the brunch and just as nice.A good place to eat inexpensively

A cool place in LX Factory:- a lot of options for lunch - meal of the day, pasta, salads, crepes, opted for pesto pasta with burratta and tomatoes - really tasty;- took strawberry lemonade and porto tonic - super refreshing;- in January plenty of seats were available, service was super quick and nice;- pricing is ok - I paid app 20 eur.

We visited Lx Factory on our recent 4 day trip to Lisbon. After wandering around the shops, we got peckish. We stopped at Chef Nino for a drink and a bite to eat. We ordered a hot chocolate, coffee, 2 croissants and some gelato for our toddler. Everything was yummy! The staff were very friendly, the waiter even gave our little boy a colouring sheet and some felt tips to keep him entertained which was a lovely touch. We sat outside and enjoyed our bite to eat in the mild Lisbon weather before heading off to explore more areas of Lisbon!

Matcha was disgusting and charges double as I took vegetal milk
Avoid at all costs. Undercooked meat, (was practically still walking around on the plate) and stale bread, hands down worst food we’ve had in Lisbon.

Worst food we had in Portugal! We ordered 2 lemonades, 2 coffees and 2 burgers (one "breakfast" and one regular)Coffee and lemonade came out first, coffee was undrinkable and lemonade was more water than anything.Burgers came out and looked halfway decent. However, one had a hair in it (cooked into it, not even just on the top).We complained and they took the burger off the bill, we paid the remainder of the bill and left immediately. No offer of money off or comping the rest of the bill despite the other burger not being finished and the coffees not touched.Don't make the mistake of going here, plenty of other places at LX
