It was the third and last time I went to this restaurant and I strongly advise you to avoid it. The staff are rude and still pressure you to order what you want to eat if it takes a while. The first two times I came with company they were rude, but today it was much worse.
I entered the restaurant and asked for a table for one person. The lady asked me what I wanted to eat and I said that I just wanted to do some work on my laptop and that I would then order the meal since I was going to stay there. I sat at the table, the lady set the table, I started doing what I had to do on the laptop and so far so good. After that, the lady constantly came to my table to take and place the menu within a few minutes as a way of pressuring me to order. I asked him if he had a table where I could leave the computer to charge, to which he looked at me and simply ignored him while he started speaking in Mandarin with the restaurant owner. Not liking this behavior, I got up and said I didn't want to eat anymore and was about to leave. As soon as I drive up to the door, the owner yells “F*ck you! F*ck!” While looking at me. This had never happened to me, so I demanded multiple times that they give me the complaints book and they always denied that they had it saying “We don’t have a complaints book! You didn’t eat, you can’t complain.”
Therefore, given this experience, I really advise you not to visit this restaurant. Although the food isn't bad (there are certainly better ones) the service is terrible.

Disgusting is the most correct word. We stopped by Restelo and decided to go for dinner. We found it strange that only 3 tables were occupied. The waitresses weren't very friendly and the way they made us sit at a distance, placed the dishes, and gave the menu... we noticed that they weren't very friendly. My boyfriend went to the bathroom and soon came to see me so we could leave as quickly as possible. The bathroom was infested with cockroaches, they were huge. The bathroom was dirty and there were dead cockroaches on the floor and others on the walls. How is it possible for a space to be open without minimal hygiene? If the bathroom was like this, I don't even want the kitchen. Simply disgusting

One of the only Chinese restaurants in Lisbon that in recent years has not exponentially increased prices or reduced quality.The biggest defect is, without a doubt, the service which, every time I have visited, is accompanied by the antipathy of all the staff.Otherwise, it is a very correct place, generally hygienic and with everything you can expect.Also ask that the bathroom doesn't even close.
