No ATM. They only accept cash. We had to go and withdraw money, in an area that was full of people, on a Saturday night, and two ATMs were out of money.
Very orange lights. It makes the environment very dark and not pleasant for those who like to see what they eat. (You can see from the photos.) Pleasant ambient music.
Ladies bathroom with lots of rubbish on the floor, not cleaned. I'm trying to convince myself that the little bugs I saw (yes, more than one) were grasshoppers and not cockroaches.
Food: the "popcorn chicken" were delicious. Especially the spicy sauce that accompanies them. "The Royal Superstar Deluxe", good portion of food but without great flavor. From the hamburger bun to the waffles, including the chicken... We didn't think the food itself had much flavor. What saved it were the sauces.
Dessert: Fried Mars chocolate bar. Delicious. The contrast of the hot chocolate with the vanilla ice cream was very good. In my opinion, there was little salted caramel on top of the ice cream.
Beers: Crispy Mafia is smooth and tasty.

We were craving fried chicken, and this seemed to be the perfect choice for what we wanted. Ordered the korean and the tenders. The secret mafya sauce was really nice with the tenders. They have cider and beers that worked well with the fried chicken.

Normally wouldn’t choose fried chicken in Lisbon, but we were in a bit of a crunch (pun intended) and it was an easy and quick spot for us to grab a late dinner. Overall their fried chicken can’t hold a candle to the way it’s done across the pond. BUT the portion sizes are very generous and the price is definitely right for the most part. Service was a bit clunky, had to get our guy’s attention more than once. But it was always friendly.

Maybe it was from what I ate, but I had high expectations and was quite disappointed. Not necessarily because of the service, but I found the food very poor, it only tasted like mayonnaise and oil, very sickening… We also ordered the chicken wings and they weren't bad, but the price of the menu in general doesn't deserve the quality of the food at all. Maybe it would have been better to order the burgers…One of those places where you don't even see a Portuguese person in the restaurant (including the service team), an overhyped place in general.
