Worst experience we have ever had during our stay in Portugal Lisbon. We had a catamaran trip and then we were very hungry after it so we decided to check out that restaurant. we were greeted by the manager who told us that it is a matter of few minutes and they can seat us on a table outside . We waited for almost half an hour inside with nobody taking care of us then they started to serve bread on the table that we were sitting at inside. Looks like there was no communication between the manager and the waitress about seating plan . after spending about 45 minutes of waiting , they decided to take our orders and seated us outside . We wanted to order risotto with shrimp and we were told that they are out of it, and the waitress started taking the next order on the table!!! What !!! Waitresses were panicking. Everything was going out of wake . You can sense the panic between waiters . you can feel the inexperience, and the extreme language barrier that does not allow them to communicate with English-speaking tourists . After that we decided to pay for the drinks and appetizers and leave , couldn’t order main dishes ! Definitely a NO to that restaurant!
