Terrible customer service, it took us about 30 minutes to take the first orders. The pizzas came in different sizes and doughs than what we ordered. The refill machine had options where only sparkling water came.

Two years ago I placed an order at Domino's near the Olaias area and it really went WRONG. I never made any requests again, until I got the courage and gave it one more chance. I hope that the service standards of the other stores are like Algés, congratulations and ahh, the delivery tracking via the app is spectacular. Congratulations to those involved ??

Ordered a pizza. It's now 40 minutes late with no update (ordered 1hr 20 mins ago)
Tried to call but the phone service is automated, you cannot get through to anybody.
In the UK, this place would be closed down if they have this level of service, terrible will not be using dominos in PT again.
Called 3rd time and just let it ring for 15 minutes, eventually a lady answers and says 'No speak English, I transfer you' and proceeds to put the phone down.
