A gourmet restaurant that well deserves its Michelin star. We appreciated the quality of the service, the dishes offered are tasty and very finely cooked. As a perfectly cooked camarao starter, the dishes are salmon sorrel and tasty veal cordon bleu. The saint honored for dessert with very fine choux pastry. The icing on the cake was the sweet treats at the end of the meal, and the appetizer as a starter were perfect. We recommend the lunch menu at 45 euros which is great value for money.

Unfortunately very weak.
A great location in a beautiful location.
Culinary is mediocre at best. We went there for lunch and were very disappointed. The starters (prawn salad and carpaccio) were good. The main courses were poorly crafted. (The sauces are way too sweet and not seasoned and the meat is dry)
Unfortunately, the dessert was even weaker. We were served seasonal fruits (kiwi partly with peel and a very fibrous mango). Unfortunately, the cherry dessert was also below average.
The service was inattentive and we had the feeling that we had to leave quickly because we had the table at 2 p.m. and the service served all the courses so quickly that it was unpleasant.
It's a shame, we won't be coming back. Someone here seems to be resting on the Michelin star, but not delivering the standard.

As one of the few restaurants open in Lisbon on a Monday evening, I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to make a last-minute reservation over the phone. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and I had no problem securing a table. The seating was excellent; I loved the table by the window and really enjoyed watching the bats flying around outside, which was quite amazing.

I opted for the Eleven-course seasonal menu, which initially seemed promising. The amuse-bouche was okay, and the starters were nice. I particularly enjoyed the spider crab dish – the textures and taste were excellent. The sardine butter was also a delightful touch. However, the gnocchi was nothing to write home about.

All the paired wines were marketed by Joachim and were their own bottlings. In my opinion, the wines were okay but not exceptional – certainly not up to standard for this type of standing. They seemed more focused on their own branding than providing a stellar wine experience, a shame indeed.

Culinarily, the food was okay, however is okay why we came here? The main course was a complete mess. It was in the sous-vide machine for too long, resulting in a texture that was simply not enjoyable. If it was Wagyu, it felt more like "FU." ?

The dessert was acceptable; I found the ice cream with almonds quite decent nice textures . The cheese platter, however, was sweaty and served at way above room temperature which – this might have been acceptable in a Michelin star restaurant in the past, but in 2024, it's a definite no-go. Sweaty cheese. Cheese tasted good do a nice selection

The bread was not up to the standard you would expect from a German-born chef, with some pieces slightly underbaked. The wine prices on the were high

The service was okay but not extraordinary – the staff was always friendly, though. I suspect I’m not the first to mention these issues. The restaurant seems to be trying hard, but it's no longer as impressive as it once might have been.

Overall, this was among the most disappointing one-star experiences I've had in a long time, and that takes a lot. There have been some really disappointing ones, and this makes the top five.

Maybe it was a bad night, but I doubt it. They still cashed in, and when I pointed it out to the staff, they still took the money. No effort to do something for the guest. Seems to happen more often

Therefore, if you're in Lisbon, skip Eleven. Lisbon has many nice places to offer, and this one is not worth it. The inspector should come by and re-evaluate.

What an amazing experience! I’m not sure why there are bad reviews - we had an amazing experience. This Michelin restaurant had all the creativity while still feeling very relaxed and comfortable.

Pricing is extremely reasonable per person (around 200 euros person) and it was an eleven course meal - each meal was so carefully crafted and the chef made a point to come out and greet every table. The dinner also included a signed cook book by the chef himself; amazing souvenir!

We did the eleven menu and it was amazing! my husband is a picky eater and was very satisfied and gave the seafood a try despite not being that big on seafood.

All the flavours worked so well and we loved every creation. I also really liked the olive oil and the staff were able to sell me a bottle!!

Loved it and so happy to walk away with such great souvenirs!! Definitely worth a visit :)

Service and atmosphere are great (would be odd to not have it given the location of the place). The location is atop of the park with a wonderful view of the city. I always come for the food too, tried the lobster menu. In my view, it’s good, just not 5 stars. Nothing mind blowing and overpriced for the quality.

Get a reservation on Google Maps for 6 people for evening dinner. Once come, they said that "we do not work with this reservation platform". Very bad expirience!!!

An extremely rare culinary experience. Culinary art at a high level. We were lucky to be guests to celebrate a recent marriage. The food both looked and tasted excellent. 10-courses where all the courses were small works of art. Service was at a level that is expected. Conclusion WOW!!!

Great presentation and service but some of the flavors felt too salty or sugary. Some dishes looked much better than they tasted. Waygu was just fat not actual steak.

This restaurant was supposed to be the end of this trip to Lisbon, but we had to dine there a few days earlier.
But a great view, good service, and quite good portions,
If something should be lifted, it's the scallop.
But if at all possible, try it yourself.
