Honesty so hot, crisp and tasty empanadas are very hard to find. I went there to have a cup of coffee and got my eyes on freshly mere empanadas coming out of oven. I ordered vegetarian one with goat cheese and onion.. OMG the taste was amazing.. They serve it with capsicum, tomato and onion sliced salad which enhance the taste.Staff was good and coffee was nice too

Delicioso! I love empanadas, and I was happy to find Empanadaria in Alcântara, a bit away from the touristy parts which is perfect. The owners are warm and friendly. The empanadas are authentic Chilean with a range of tasty fillings from the classic (ground beef, olive, egg) and spicy chicken to an eggplant and mozzarella one, sort of like ratatouille. We shared four. YUM! I'll be back.

We went for dinner and ordered a variety of empanadas, 'pastel de choclo' and pisco sour. Everything was delicious and with the traditional Chilean flavor.I recommend passing by, and trying their delicatessen, you will really enjoy it!Bonus track, served by the owners who are extremely friendly!
Vegetarian options: the vegetarian empanadas are very good, the one with mushrooms is fantastic as it replicates the flavor of the traditional Chilean empanada (meat)
