A gem in the heart of Lisbon. A place where time seems to have stopped. A piece of history from a magical city. Perfect for eating typical Portuguese dishes while enjoying the careful atmosphere, calm and hospitality of the owner. And you can play the guitar! Without a doubt, we will return.
Gorgeous spot in the heart of Lisbon, a real find. The owner works behind the bar and is very hospitable and friendly so you'll feel like a local. They also have a fab chess set, we spent a lovely hour or two sparring against each other over a few beers
This cozy bistro across the Church of St. Anthony not only oozes character (being over a century old, with lots of eclectic memorabilia as decor) but serves hearty, delicious food as well. My wife and I relished our dishes--bacalhao with risotto and pork with clams--while listening to blues rock playing in the background.
