The chicken used to be good, but lately it's not the same... I've seen people drop the chicken on the floor and then, as I saw, they put it in the cupboard under the grill, then another employee opened the drawer to serve some chicken to someone else. Terrible service from the girl and the man at the barbecue..

The food is good, but the service could be much better, it doesn't compare to the food at Feijó, here the employees have no desire to work, they don't show empathy, they are on their cell phones even with customers in the store. They don't ask if a bag is necessary and charge straight away, apart from the lack of hygiene that exists when they are on their cell phone and go to serve the customer, they don't have haccp practices

The chicken used to be good, but tonight they sold me a chicken that wasn't freshly cooked, it was already tough and tasted warmed up, who knows when it was done. I have been a customer for some time now and will not be buying chicken here again. I just didn't go to the establishment to complain because it was late and it closes at 10 pm.

I called the establishment around 8:19 pm and ordered a chicken and a half and two sausages. The employee asked me what time I wanted the order and I indicated 20:40, 20:45. When I got there (20:50) I removed my password and waited, despite having placed an order by phone, I waited for the password. When it was my turn, I didn't have the sausages made and I was told “it's only 15min” I wasn't even asked if I could wait or an apology for forgetting! The service was super unpleasant from start to finish, with no sense of empathy and apology for not having completed the complete order, since I called to order well in advance! I also mentioned the girl who was answering that I also work with customer service and that I understood the fact that they had a lot of movement, but this one was very rude and lacked respect, since she answered the phone and confirmed the order, but it didn’t come through follow up! The service at the farnel was much better! There is no organization, cleaning leaves much to be desired. Rice very salty and full of garlic and salty chicken too! There is no apology and no attempt to remedy the situation with the customer! Leaves a lot to be desired. Already was better!

good afternoonI assume that the Farnel2/Laranjeiro barbecue belongs to your group, and therefore I come to show my displeasure for the following:I live in Laranjeiro, I went by car to Farnel2 at 6:17 pm today, the door was half open and the gentleman said that I couldn't go in because they only opened at 7 pm.And I pointed to the time on the door, ie. opening 18 hrs, and said that on the internet it also mentioned 18 hrs.They said I couldn't go in because they still didn't have roast chickens, and even though I said I didn't want chickens but would just buy packet potatoes, they slammed the door in my face with the argument that they only opened at 7 pm.So my advice is: either correct the information on the internet and on the door of the establishment, or change employees, who were extremely unpleasant.And I only add one star here because the system won't let you post without having at least one star marked, because if you did, it would get ZERO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
