We enjoyed the family atmosphere of this waterfront restaurant as well as its friendly and efficient staff. The place was full, yet we did not feel overwhelmed. We had chocos fritos and seashells. The portions were generous, the food was delicious and the prices were reasonable!
After over one hour of placing our order, the monkfish rice we had ordered for two, arrived at the table. It was extremely overcooked and the fish did not have the texture of fresh monkfish. This is a traditional dish in Portugal that we frequently eat and know well when it is fresh and of good quality. Definitely do not recommend.

Ordered butter for the bread. A plate came with butter 2.8g, 1x cheese spread, and 2 x 22 g of tuna spread. When we received the bill each item individually cost at 1.5 euro each . Total cost 7.5 euro . To put into perspective it was the same price as the wine. Complete con. Stay away. I have since read lots of similar reviews where customers were conned costing. Luckily we just omitted the tip and was not out of pocket.
