Bought 2 coffees - very expensive and they were awful - just tasted like hot water
And on that point … they were SO hot in paper cups to take to gate that I got a burn on my thumb which hurt for 2 days !

Horrible service
Super rude employees make fun of customers
And we can't spend too much time at the tables

Prices incompatible with the quality of the food. Terrible service, the attendants are rude. I ordered an orange juice and it came hot and the yogurt was old. Don't eat there.

Crazy busy so I'm not blaming the staff but this place is not great.

Dry croissant, warm/room temperature orange juice and insanely overheated latte. Messy tables everywhere. The only option in international area to sit down. This place sucks. 15 euros and very disappointing

DO NOT EAT HERE. Crazy expensive and awful food. Like, prison food. And to top it up, the service is offensive. I asked for the boiled eggs (already cooked and one of the optional ingredients to be added to the pasta dish) to be served aside, because my daughter, a 5-year-old picky eater don’t like to eat it mixed together. They refused this kindness and said they’d only do it if they charged EACH egg as an extra. We sat to eat next to the manager or owner and forward our complaint to her. The lady was the epitome of rudeness and because my husband had chosen to eat somewhere else and was eating a snack while sat on their table, feeding our daughter THEIR pasta, the lady proceeded to tell him he was not allowed to eat other food in their space and would call security if he kept eating. My husband said he was feeding his daughter their food and he was half way through an empanada. The lady said she’d call security and he would be taken away, would miss his flight and had his vacation ruined.

So yeah, think twice before giving your money to this kind of people.

Too little seats, unfriendly staff, too expensive. Plates aren't cleaned up on time from the bus carts.

First Class Café is one of the very few snack bar/restaurant options in this Lisbon Airport terminal. With fast service, prices are relatively expensive.

Worst coffee ever, it tastes like instant coffee rather than a good espresso that u would expect from a place with such a name!

Croissants were not served in the same way they were presented on display..a high cost for not a too good service!

Good food BUT…
Disgusting place, food on floor and chairs, as a consequence, the floor is sticky.
Doesn’t seem to bother any of the employees.
Food is okay, but extremely expensive for what it is.
Very overpriced and dirty place!
“Firtst class cafe” has nothing to do with first class.
