A great little discovery 3 minutes walk from Rossio.
The place is small, but they serve you right away, be sure to order the Entrecosto a brasa and the bacalhau a brás, they are exquisite and the bacalhau plate is perfect for sharing.
The prices are more than reasonable and are far away (luckily) from the tourist traps around Dom Pedro IV Square.
If they have the house dessert available, order it, you will lick the spoon or repeat.

Simply delicious! The owner of the apartment we rented recommended this restaurant nearby and we were not disappointed! Family restaurant with friendly welcome. Our 4 fish dishes were all delicious and what can we say about the house dessert, truly divine!
Best place to eat at an affordable price only meters away of the heart of Chiado. Attention by the waiter is incredible, he is such a kind man. But the best was the food: we took grilled robalo and dourado. They both come with steamed potatoes and tomato, lettuce and onion salad. The fishes are huge; if you eat well you will need one, or you may share if not so hungry or taking a starter (local cheese and bread are excellent too). We did not have space for desert, but we saw some individual pies that looked amazing. Will definetely try next time. We only spent 12/15 euro each. We liked the place so much that we visited twice in our three nights in Lisbon.

Brass and other preparations. NATURAL fried papayas, which are no longer available. DELICIOUS and homemade desserts. 150% recommended. We loved it. Very reasonable price.
