Anyone who loves good food is indifferent to good service... It's been a long time since we've had an experience of this kind: flavor, quality, empathy, friendliness, rigor! We entered and felt that we were very well received... but everything else, these days, is just a unique experience! Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for making small moments of pleasure into giant memories!! If we come back? Oh yes, we will definitely be back!! And with friends, for whom we want the best!! Quality food and luxury service ❤️Mr. João, Nuno, the whole Family: they are the greatest!! Now let's "burn calories" through the streets of Lisbon!!Thank you very much!Marisa and Mario

How wonderful! Service, food, quality and friendliness! Well-stocked and super tasty portions! I went for the chanfana which was super tender and tasty! I advise! Mr. João's friendliness and taste are worth the visit!

Nice restaurant, typical, for a regular clientele. The waiter (not really speaking English) doesn't seem to see tourists passing by very often. The room is noisy and the dishes very simple... Decent grilled fish served with large, not great boiled potatoes. Enticed by a very good review in a magazine about Lisbon ("Destination Portugal"), we were frankly disappointed to have walked so much for that...

It's all good, Mr João, the preperitario, a man of his age, he has a great fight for what he fought for all his life, many congratulations, Mr João..

Typical Portuguese food. You eat those "mother's" dishes here. I recommend the cow hand. Mr João and his son are very friendly and on less busy days, they chat for a while. Some prices are pulled.

Traditional house run by a northerner, João Gomes, who I have a lot of respect for and where I like to take friends and family. Today I came back and I liked it. Lunch with a warm welcome for the whole family.

Magnificent lunch this afternoon, a more than exceptional address…. If you are passing through Lisbon I recommend that you go there with your eyes closed, a family atmosphere, a warm welcome, exquisite and very typical food...in short, the Portugal that we love. You will regret not stopping there ?

My best food experience in Lisbon, it is a lovely restaurant run by a family, the food was very, very good, the service was great. The owners (father and son) were the loveliest people we met in Lisbon. I highly recommend it ?
