I had it at Irish on Sunday 04/08 and I couldn't help but say that the burger I ordered was delicious, and I would also like to thank the Bartender (I think it's Caique) for the wonderful caipirinha he made for me. I highly recommend it and will definitely return to the restaurant.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at Irish&Co in Lisbon East. During my visit, I was treated extremely inappropriately by the employees, who demonstrated a lack of politeness and total disinterest in carrying out their duties.
It's sad to see that customers are treated with disregard, as if we were asking for favors and not paying for a service. The attitude of the attendants was unacceptable, and the lack of professionalism detracted from my experience.
I would like the company to take the necessary measures so that situations like this do not happen again. I believe that adequate training and a review of customer service practices are essential to improving the quality of service offered.
I look forward to hearing back with a solution to this problem.

The service wasn't good, we ordered frozen strawberry and lemon margaritas and it tasted like water, for the price of the cocktail I think the recipe was pretty bad. They forgot my husband's drink. And the friendliness of the waiters was far below what a service with high prices should be.
This is an observation. I've worked in restaurants and I know they must be underpaid. But look for the union, they helped me a lot ♥️
