this place is such a gem!!! the vegan dishes were all amazing - it’s really obvious when ordering what can be adapted to be vegan. the staff are incredibly friendly and the food is just delicious.
stand outs were definitely the battered aubergine, the miso soup and the vegan biscoff and sesame cheesecake ? absolutely incredible beyond words.

Me gustó que en la carta se animaba a los clientes veganos a pedir cambios (ej: quitar huevo) para convertir a veganos ciertos platos.
Un buen sitio al que acudir con acompañantes omnívoros, vegetarianos o veganos.

It’s not a veggie or vegan restaurant by any means, however the vegan ramen we ordered was delicious and I only managed to get one photo so this photo is the tofu one. We had one tofu ramen and one seitan ramen as well as vegan dumplings and both of us really enjoyed it ? Tye restaurant is very reminiscent of a traditional ramen place in Tokyo and they have delicious cocktails too…we had the Hibiscus one ?

We loved this place. It was jam packed with diners (unlike many other Lisbon restaurants in January which were dead and frankly a bit sad). This place has great food, fab cocktails and a great vibe. Thank you to Paul and his awesome staff. Cannot wait to return in October.

We lovet it. Left the place with such an enjoyable feeling. We had the Tan Tan Men Tonkotsu ramen (pork bone broth wih chilli oil) ramen and the Ebi Kare Ramen (shrip and japonese curry) and it was just amazing! That confort food taste. The broth were rich in flavour and the compliments were just on spot. I would say for sure one of the best I tried.

They have a great selection of different ramen (vegan and with meat) and they taste very good. Prices are comparably high but portions are big. The staff is super friendly. The space is a little bit small so you sit very close to the other tables which is not sooo great. Otherwise, the location is cool!

Simply the BEST.The ramens are just fabulous. Feels like what a healing food should be. The mochis are amazing and melt down with an explosion of flavor.The restaurant is a small establishment, very cozy, intimate and the staff are just a delight.We have tried different restaurants, but none could compare to Koppu.Best food, best atmosphere, best service.
Vegetarian options: The veggie misso ramen is the best.
Kid-friendliness: Too small. No space for toddlers to play. Loud children would be a problem as well.

Some dishes at Koppu were delicious, others were disappointing. The dumplings were perfectly fried, juicy without being oily, and had wonderful flavors––I recommend. I would also recommend the cucumber and seaweed salad. I wouldn’t eat the chicken baos again as the chicken was very dry and the bun only emphasized the lack of sauce. The tori karage wasn’t salty or crispy enough. The fried rice was medicore. It had a good balance between soy sauce and sweetness, but wasn’t very tasty. The lychee cocktail was delicious at first sip, however the foam on top was too sweet.
Love the ramen so I order regularly - today I ate at the restaurant for the first time and Nicolas helped me with choosing my drinks and checking in if everything is good with my table. Definitely above the usual service in Lisbon and I should come more often to have my ramen here :)

Great casual dining. We had cocktails, Appetizers, dinner and desserts and everything was excellent. Not one complaint, including from my 3 picky teenagers. All of the staff was wonderful but Nicolás was particularly exceptional! He was so patient with our kids and directed them all to meals that they enjoyed. I thoroughly enjoyed the TanTan Chicken Ramen, the vegan cheesecake and the croquetas appetizer. Food appeared exactly as it did on the menu and tasted delicious!
