The restaurant is not at all what it says in the reviews. We stayed outside and it smelled a lot of manure, I think it was the soil they used on the plants, the portions of food were VERY SMALL, we ate chicken massala with 5 pieces of chicken (as you can see in the image the size of the plate was the size of the my hand). After this disappointment I thought that maybe the good reviews were because the food was good but no, it was reasonable and didn't have much flavor. The rice had more flavor than the sauce, and I've had much better chicken massala in more dubious places. To top off the dissatisfaction, the starters (e.g. naan) are only served at dinner, meaning we couldn't even eat the naan. Other than that, the waitress who served us was really very friendly and made every effort to make us satisfied.

After 8 days of wonderful Portuguese food we decided to get something we can't get very easily back home and we searched google for a nice place we could get curry. I was excited based on the reviews as I do like Nepalese food. There was nobody in there, no music and the atmosphere was non existent. When I asked if we could have some music at least I was told it was broken. Had we not walked so far to get there we'd have left so we ordered from the frankly confusing menu and our food came. It was ok. Nothing special at all. I think they either had an off day or something else was wrong because if this is the standard quality then it's doomed.

Vegetarian options: The menu has the vegetarian options marked clearly.
Friendly staff, but uncomfortable restaurant. I wasn't a fan of the dishes served either and we tried practically the entire menu. We stayed in the room downstairs because there were so many of us, and the room is really bad, both in terms of lighting (white and intense) and in terms of comfort. I didn't feel like repeating it.

The menu says No Photos in multiple locations. The serving sizes were very small, much smaller than similarly priced (or even cheaper) restaurants, and consider that Leo isn't in a neighborhood with restaurants catering primarily to tourists. The thukpa is advertised on the menu as using "house made pasta", but was clearly dried spaghetti, which was not the case with thukpa served at other restaurants. My 5/10 score is for the server and the ambience, not the food.
