I went to lisbon burger house on a trip to lisbon and had an awful experience due to poor management of the restaurant. There were hundreds of people trying to get a seat due to being close to the benfica stadium and the restaurant had not nearly enough staff as was needed. There was beer in the red sangria which could’ve poisoned my celiac sister, my mothers burger was red in the middle and, they offer pasta on their online menu (qr codes on every table) which is not offered in the restaurant causing my friend to have no food at all. I feel for all of the staff who were there and one lady was nice enough to take the pasta and sangria off of the bill. Otherwise i would suggest that there needs to be significant management help at lisbon burger house.
Dietary restrictions: Do not go to lisbon burger house if you have a gluten allergy.

Food.We ordered the soup of the day and wings, which were very tasty and well presented, I recommend them.Service.We were treated very well and the service was excellent.Environment.I will definitely come back here and a strong reason is the atmosphere, which is cozy and feels good, an industrial style with rustic and modern blended very well.There are seats near the entrance on an upper floor, and one further down, they have live music that they must have in the evenings.We had a pizza for lunch which was perfect and we will be back.

A place with super top decoration and excellent conditions, it had everything to be a success. Clearly in the hands of unmotivated employees, dishes without flavors and most importantly without love, without desire, without anything.There they don't care about customer satisfaction, only about money money. I hope they improve with these reviews, at the moment I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

High prices for the quality of the food.The first time I visited the place, I had pizza and it was very good. The second time, I had a hamburger and it was good and the prices approximately corresponded to the quality of the meal, and it included potatoes. In the most recent experience, the burgers lost quality, the potatoes were lost and now they are paid separately. I don't recommend this place. For €20 you will have a better meal elsewhere.
