The mango pepper was a very pleasant surprise, the atmosphere is fantastic and as if that wasn't enough it has the best snails in Lisbon.

We don't have a cold cup! Why rinse the cup with water...it's better to check with both hands whether the cup is hot.

We had a great dinner here. The view is amazing as is the service. We both had the Guinea Fowl, juicy and very delicious. The prawns as an appetizer was incredible.

Chapito has amazing views over Lisbon and the river. Service is fantastic and menu is small but sufficient. We had beef cheeks and they were very delicious, although served a bit cold and portions to the small side. Guinea fowl was fine but nothing special, the prok carre was very undercooked but the garnish was good. We tried all three deserts and they were marvelous. Recommended.

We have visited this restaurant every time we have been to Lisbon, having found it by accident on our first trip. I think this was visit #5. The food and service were as excellent as ever and the views at night are wonderful from the panoramic dining area. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting some authentic Portuguese food and wine at a decent price, all in a lovely setting.

On first impressions the setting was lovely. Quaint and friendly, lots of tables of various sizes. We were seated upstairs, a tight winding stair not for the feint hearted. The restaurant was busy but not full. We waited for around 20-25 minutes to place any order not just drinks. We were served by a lovely man who was very helpful. Placed our order and then again waited for our drinks (10-15mins) Once the drinks arrived it was my wife’s drink first, then 5-10 after that mine arrived. Food was with us 5 minutes after that. Food was lovely to be fair but very limited in choice and don’t expect any side dishes or vegetables. When we asked for the bill this took and absolute age also. All in all not the best but can see why others may like it.

It would be hard to beat this restaurant for breathtaking views over Lisbon particularly the 25 de Abril Bridge. It is well hidden away and the panoramic restaurant is accessed via a gift shop then a spiral staircase. Reservations are essential.

Great view in a lovely atmosphere with excellent service. Food was very good. Definitely get reservations. Hubby had the grilled anchovies and the pork. I had short rib. His courses were excellent. Mine was ok. A little pricey but you pay for the view.

We had a wonderful dinner this week at Chapitô à Mesa marking our departure from a one-week visit to Lisbon. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the place is so picturesque, vibrant, and comfortable, with an incredible view of the city. We had the preguinho (steak sandwich), the sea bass, which was cooked to perfection, and the softest, tastiest octopus we’ve ever eaten. The chocolate mousse and cheesecake were to die for! Our waiter Yussef was extremely nice and Prompt and Mara was a delightful and attentive host who checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed, and we did! We will be back and would recommend this place to everyone who visits Lisboa. Obrigado!

Recommended by our hotel this restaurant is part of a circus training school. Unfortunately we did it see any of the shows they put on on many occasions but the view from the restaurant over the city is well worthwhile. The food was good possibly a bit too much oil for our taste but the flavours were excellent. Service was extremely good and our waitress, Kenya, was really helpful with selecting the wine And generally. Not the best meal but great surroundings and views
