The service was quite unpleasant. We placed an order for 4 people at 11:21 pm after some delay (so far everything was understandable and there was a lot of movement) 4 tables arrived. The 4 tables were all served. We asked the employees about the request twice and they told us they would check. We were served at 00:01. We finished dinner at 00:20 and in the end we wanted an ice cream and the answer was that it wasn't possible as they had already closed at 00:00. It should be noted that the Mc Drive works until 2am. Given the entire situation and embarrassment, an exception should have been made. It was terrible.

It was 10:30 in the morning!! I went to eat some pancakes with my husband and son, in addition to the unjustifiable 30m delay!! The tables in the outside area next to the slide were DISGUSTING, leftover food, sauce stains, impossible to put food on... the kids' slide was stuck together ? a danger to public health. Regrettable

Absurd, we made a request and the establishment simply closed for cleaning and they didn't tell us anything, the courier went to the place and simply said it was closed for cleaning, the poor guy walked almost 10km to get there and it was closed, lack of respect. If it's 24 hours, stay 24 hours now, where can I order my snack in the early hours of the morning? There were other places open, but I trusted Mc and now I'm hungry, right? Well now everything is closed
They don't accept animals anywhere! Very different from Burger King, which even sells food to them! We had to eat on stools in front of the public playground nearby, super uncomfortable, I normally go to BK, now I have one more reason to keep going there and avoid
