Small place in the Alfama with secluded tables on a terrace where you can relax and listen to the fado music coming from the restaurant below. We had a really relaxing aperitif, served by a nice gentleman.

A super nice small place with a few tables on the hill. Definitely our favourite place for a drink or a small bite in Alfama. Service is always friendly, professional, and quick. Tuna-chickpea salad and the portuguese bruschettas are super nice. An extra plus for being able to listen to the Fado music from the next door restaurant. and a plus plus for happy hour (17-19) sangria :D
Vegetarian options: Many different cheese (goat cheese, azores cheese etc) options on salads and sandwiches. Limited on vegan options. If you eat fish there's loads to choose from.

You can pass on this place. The waitress was so rude with a horrible attitude. All we asked was “are we able to sit for dinner?” She didn't even look at us and just pointed and said to the right. Before I even finished my second question she interrupts me and says to the right again with a nasty attitude. Dont spend your money here. There are better options.

We went for some snacks and we loved it. The toasts they have are very good as well as the cider, there is a good atmosphere, the manager is friendly and cordial next to a quiet and somewhat reserved terrace.
Recommended!

Small place with a terrace, the service is very pleasant and the food is very delicious and at a good price. We ordered some sandwiches, a mixed board and beer and everything was great. Highly recommended.

While walking through Alfama we stopped for an aperitif in this place. We sat outside, it was so good that we also ordered a toast (made with bruschetta bread and a drizzle of oil) and a bruschetta with the typical sardines and tomatoes. Both dishes were delicious, the price was honest and the service from the waiter, perhaps the owner himself, was excellent. To make you understand, large beer, small beer, toast and bruschetta €15. When paying the bill they also give away some sweets, it may seem silly but the gesture was very much appreciated. Pleasantly surprised at the time of payment, my partner and I inside the restaurant saw some typical fish cans on the shelves that you will often see in Lisbon and decided to buy as a souvenir. The latter are also very good prices so I can only recommend a pleasant stop in this classic tapas bar.
Update.
We returned a couple of evenings later, the level of service was not the same as the previous day, a lady served us. We had several tapas, but to be honest I have to say that the bruschetta with goat's cheese, walnuts and honey was not good at all. The dairy product didn't taste good, I even tried to force myself to eat it but I left more than half of it.

Nice pub in the heart of Alfama. Sangria is good, but very different from the spanish one.

Bar nestled in the Alfama neighborhood, more or less between Largo do Dentro and the Panteão. Portuguese proposal but in tapas style. After a somewhat cold welcome, we were quite satisfied with the trio of preserves (with a nice presentation on a cutting board), the salad and the quellejo (the latter a little less abundant than the rest).
Only two notes: 1) the side dishes of the trio of preserves seemed packaged (in the case of the salad) and/or tinned (in the case of the chickpeas) 2) the green wine was warm and seemed like any other white, compared to the green Tried it over the weekend in other places.
We would like to return to try the tostadas which looked really good.
Apart from a couple of slightly expensive dishes (like the trio of preserves), prices are on average for Lisbon (also in relation to the portions), therefore quite cheap.
