Constantly adopting a condescending attitude and making us feel “stupid” for not having ordered the meat (the description is picanha) right from the start when during the order we WERE NOT EVEN ASKED WHETHER WE WANTED IT.
When we asked for more food because it was as required, he took our cutlery and turned it around as a measure to “teach us” the position in which we should be in order to order more food, always with an arrogant and superior air.
During the wine service, we ordered Couvert, as it was not served at the start, it was at that moment that we heard another nice comment from “Virginia” about how we are not “normal”.
I've never been to a restaurant where they made me feel “stupid” all the time.
The food was simple, little flavor. Food tasted like normal food, the chef didn't experiment or venture into sauces etc.
For the price asked (average and above) there are better food options and certainly much better service.
A place not to return to as long as it has the same employees.

The Air condition was none, it is a very cold place. The first waitress pressured was to get entries even tho we were not even seated. When we wanted to order, the same waitress told us she didn’t took order but her colleague. It took 30 min to serve two burgers with only 8 clients in the restaurant. The burger had burnt cheese. Overall very bad experience and I will not recommend to anyone.
Today, my daughter and I had lunch at Meia Nau. It wasn't the 1st time. Very tasty food, welcoming atmosphere, music that was good for the soul... However, I make a point of praising Alex and Eugênia. They treated us with great kindness, extreme solicitude and friendliness. We felt welcomed, which made a lot of difference. Much more than customers, we feel like we belong. I always say that good service makes all the difference and Alex and Eugênia offered their best so that we left satisfied. We will certainly be back. Congratulations to the owners for their brilliant employees. God bless everyone.
