This is a nice local restaurant that I found out about after being recommended by a friend, just off the touristy street. I was surprised by the reasonableness and deliciousness of the food, and above all by the friendliness of the staff. I don't have any photos of the important meal because my phone wasn't charged, but I ate the Portuguese specialty, bacalhau. The atmosphere and the amount of food were perfect for even a solo traveler. I would like to visit again when I come to Lisbon.

This restaurant discriminates against Asians. Two people ate there, and we were the only ones seated at a table for two instead of a table for four (and it was shaky because the table wasn't level). I told the female server about the table not being level, but she just told me to wait and ignored it, and it was only after talking to another male server that they adjusted it. The two people who came before us and the group who came after us were all seated at a four-person table, and only when we sat down did they separate the four-person seats into two-person seats and lead us to our seats. The other separate seats were also occupied by Asians. Even though I requested the bill, they did not deliver it to me, so I waited for a while and requested it again before they brought it to me.
