Super recommended. Modest and traditional place. Horrible rainy day. Visit to the Jerónimos Monastery at noon. A huge queue. 5 pm. Everything closed. I see there is a restaurant open in a residential area. Upon entering I ask if we can eat, and the lady at the bar with her welcoming smile waves me to wait. Talk to the cook and turn everything back on. Incredibly welcoming, they fed us what they had. Grilled chicken and beef skewers. First he brings us delicious bread with chorizo... and a delicious house wine. We went with our parents who were over 75 and the lady was a real charm despite the language difference. A special being I would say...☺️ my mother, who is delicate, felt like a queen and just to see her happy on such a gray day and so far from her house, it was worth it. THE LADY OF THE RESTAURANT (I didn't ask her name) deserves 10 stars for welcoming us and treating us so wonderfully on such a bad day. OBRIGADO, OBRIGADO, OBRIGADO
