I can't say anything about the food, because it took a long time and we had to leave without eating, 1 hour of waiting apart from the wait for the table, very bad experience!

I am not pleased with the wait for my food 45 minutes and above is too long to wait for food especially as I have kids who come here hungry and eager to eat and we all know kids struggle with patience and the service isn’t helpful enough but the positive side is that they’re always stuffed and say the food is delicious

Loves this place and chain. Every time I come to Lisbon, it's the place to visit. Great price, food, and drinks. Also, this location has an amazing view. Service sometime is not as best, there is always room to improve and I believe they will!

Without a doubt the location is the best thing about this restaurant. An incredible view where you can relax and enjoy your meal. As for the food, the usual quality of our favorite restaurants, with a good quality-price ratio. The best are the dishes, but the snacks are also of good quality.

I tried several times to book a table over the phone on the eve of my visit and was never able to do so.
The few times they answered the phone, they never spoke, just listening to the noise from the restaurant and helping to make customer payments.
When I went to the restaurant, even with empty tables and no indication of reserved tables, I was denied a table as the group was not complete, nor did they accept the reservation for half an hour later.

The last time I came here they served a cold possum salad which was sour. When I complained, they said I had to go from the cold to the table several times and return to the cold:
Today, as a starter, I order some guilloche possums, which are hard and burnt with no flavor. I warned the employee but she did not respond. The meal came with two dishes of grilled cuttlefish with cold boiled potatoes, I informed the waitress again who said she would get some hot ones (heated in a microwave) it took so long that the cuttlefish ran off the plate when they arrived. I informed the restaurant manager who replied that he would speak to the staff. Finally, our nail from the docks is to forget

I had a first experience that wasn't good but I thought it could have just been a bad day. What is certain is that I went back there with a group of friends and it was even worse. We went to eat prego no bread late on a Tuesday afternoon, the restaurant was practically empty, and the service was really poor.
In a place designated for 'nails', it took 40 minutes to bring the first 2 nails in bread, which were cold, bread soaked in fat, in addition to the fries which were soft and soaked in oil.
We complained to the waitress, who looked indignant but took our order inside (and of course, spent another 10 minutes waiting for the meat to be brought out). There were 12 of us and we had to eat in turn because the food took a long time to arrive and they never brought everything.
I don't know if the employees were new but the lack of desire to work and the disorganization was noticeable. We had to repeat our orders several times, asking if the food was ready because everything actually took a long time and when they arrived, they were cold.
I gave a second chance but there won't be a next one.

One of the worst services I've ever seen, it happens multiple times, as I'm a regular customer due to the fact that I work on the dock opposite.
Today, for example, as has happened many times,
We wait 10 minutes for change, while the restaurant is empty, and there are 3/4 employees doing nothing, just looking in the air, but no one can bring the change because it has to be the manager and only the manager handling the box. .
Ridiculous
The same happens when we want to order food, there are several people doing nothing, but the only one who is busy is the waiter who makes the orders.
