I usually come to this space with my six-year-old daughter because we both really like the açaí and the outdoor space, despite the lack of friendliness of the space's employees. On July 22nd at 4pm, with the store empty, I ordered a small açaí with little powdered milk for my daughter and a 500ml one for myself, as I always do. At one point we noticed that the powdered milk in her açaí was actually very little, and we asked the store if it was possible to add a little more. The request was promptly denied by all employees, that the rules had now changed and that customers had been abusing, but that now they would no longer abuse... I replied that I didn't know that you couldn't ask for a little more milk in powder, especially because I had already seen people being served on other occasions. I was shown the rule on a menu, in small print. One of the employees even mentioned that I was very lucky because one time I had come they had even lent me a base (a packet of açaí) so that my daughter could watch her cell phone while she ate, and that if I complained it would be someone with a bad character, that is. all due to the passivity and consent of the manager. Ultimately, the rules are not being questioned, but rather the arrogance and the way they spoke. Given this situation, I asked for the complaints book, to which the manager asked what it was for. After writing the complaint, I realized that the manager didn't know what to do with the copies, who they were for, etc. which is why my complaint may not be assessed by the right authority. I'm sorry but we don't plan on returning to this space.

05/23/24 - DISAPPOINTMENT -
We arrived around 8:15 pm, two adults and two children. The store closes at 9pm, but there were no tables on the terrace. We went in and the attendant immediately asked if it was takeout. I said no, and she looked at us visibly irritated. There was no one in the store besides us. All the tables on the terrace were stacked on top of the tables in the small space designated for the "living room" tables. She helped a second person make our four açaí bowls. As it was cold outside and it was still 8:28 pm, and we had two children with us, I asked if we could move the chairs and tables so the children could sit. The first attendant who took our order said: "we dismantled the terrace at 8pm". I replied saying that the store only closed at 9pm. She said extremely impatiently, throwing what she had in her hands: "What can you do?!" To avoid a bad situation in front of the children, we stood in the middle of the store, embarrassed while eating, the children not understanding. The embarrassment was so great that we decided to leave the store and eat outside, supporting the children in the lobby of the building next door. I have a restaurant, and I would never do or will do to my customers what the employee of this establishment did to us. Zero empathy, zero interest in welcoming your client. A disappointment, as the children chose to drink açaí to celebrate an achievement of theirs. A shame!

Bad service, I made a mistake with my order and they didn't make an effort to satisfy my desire. I won't be back.
It was around 4:30 pm, 6/14. I ordered a smoothie, for me the smoothie was in a glass and the bow was in a bowl. But after all, the smoothie was made with blended ingredients, and for me the fun is in separating them. I saw that the employee was going to crash everything, and I said, please, I like them separately, she replied that it had already started (and I was going to waste the Açai. I said I would pay the difference.) She didn't want to know and crashed everything. There were two problems there, the lack of consideration for the customer, and if the problem was waste, she wouldn't leave so much Açai left that it remained in the blender. I have worked in the hotel industry for 20 years, I have always done my best to please my customers, after all the competition is strong.
I was upset. Anyway, thanks for your concern.
